What documents do I need to provide?
1. Photo ID
2. A month’s worth of paystubs if applicable
3. Two years of federal tax returns and W2s or 1099s
4. Two month’s worth of bank statements or investment accounts. If you receive quarterly statements, the last quarterly statement is fine.
